Welcome to Lega Osijek, an AI-powered tourist guide for Osijek, Croatia, published by LOGOSOM, vl. Silvio Meter, a Croatian sole proprietorship (obrt za informatičke usluge) owned by Silvio Meter ("we", "our", or "us"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the App, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. The Service

Lega provides an AI-powered chat assistant, place recommendations, events information, gamification features (XP, badges, streaks), and optional augmented reality overlays for locations in and around Osijek, Croatia. The App is free to download. You may use it as a guest or with a Google / email account.

3. Your Account

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate information when registering.
• You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts.
• You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract the App's source code.
• Use automated tools or bots to access the App or its AI features.
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's servers or networks.
• Use the App to harass, abuse, or harm others.

5. AI-Generated Content

The App uses artificial intelligence to generate recommendations, descriptions, and answers. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. Always verify important information (opening hours, event dates, prices) directly with the relevant venue or organiser. We are not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated content.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and software within the App (excluding user-generated content) is the property of LOGOSOM, vl. Silvio Meter and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the App without our express written permission.

7. Gamification Features

XP, badges, and streak data are associated with your account and have no monetary value. We reserve the right to modify, reset, or discontinue gamification features at any time without notice or compensation.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that all information provided will be accurate or up to date.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LOGOSOM, vl. Silvio Meter and Silvio Meter shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

10. Changes to the App and Terms

We may update the App or these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via the App. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Osijek, Croatia.
