LOGOSOM, vl. Silvio Meter, a Croatian sole proprietorship (obrt za informatičke usluge) owned by Silvio Meter ("we", "our", or "us"), publishes the Lega Osijek mobile application (the "App"), an AI city guide for Osijek, Croatia. We are the data controller for personal data processed through the App. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and how we protect it.
1. Data We Collect
Account information — email address and display name if you register or sign in with Google. Guest mode does not require an email.
Location data — precise location while the App is in use, to show nearby places, walks and map features. This is optional; you can refuse the permission.
Camera — only if you open the AR view. Images are processed on the device for overlays; we do not upload the camera stream.
Photos — only if you choose a profile picture. Stored on the device (and, if you have an account, associated with that account).
Chat messages — stored on the device. When you use chat, the text is sent to our backend so the guide can reply.
Usage and crash data — screens and errors via Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics. We do not collect the advertising ID.
Gamification — XP, badges and visited places tied to your account or guest session.
2. How We Use Your Data
To run the App: catalog, map, events, chat, plans and badges.
To authenticate you and keep the session secure.
To fix crashes and understand which features are used.
We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your data for advertising. The App does not collect location in the background. Optional notifications stay off until you turn them on in Settings.
3. Third-Party Services
Firebase (Google) — authentication, analytics, crash reporting and cloud storage.
Our API at osijek-ai-guide (hosted on Railway) — chat, events and live venue facts. Chat text is processed by an AI model to generate replies.
4. Data Retention
We keep account data while the account is active. You can delete your account in Settings, which removes associated data from our servers. Guest data stays on the device until you clear app storage or delete the account if one was created.
5. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.
6. Security
We use HTTPS in transit and encrypted storage for authentication tokens on the device.
7. Your Rights
You may access, correct or delete your data. Use Delete account in Settings or contact us below.
8. Changes
We may update this policy. Significant changes will be noted in the App or by email.
